My account has been limited. Probably because I bought something on ebay from abu Dhabi which is unusual when paypal asks me to verify my card it gives out of date card details which i no longer have. and teres no way to update them without going to the same verification screen. i had to make a new account just to post this because i couldnt get in. other account is for chrisjbowers(at)yahoo(dot)co.uk

Regarding a limitation it is best to call us by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page. We will then be able to review the details and advise on steps going forward.
