Why am i being charged a fee to send money to a friend from my DEBIT CARD?

I have 2 debit cards on paypal. One is chatging me a fee to send money to a friend?? The description says it is a CREDIT CARD which it is absolutely not!!!! It is the card i am paid into by my employer and is 100% a debit card. I called paypal to ask for it to be corrected as it is their system that is wrong but was told they won't correct their mistake. Is anyone else being ripped off by this so called mistake??

As paypal is a U.S company on occasions they do view 'some' debit cards as credit cards.

All you can do is use funds in your paypal balance if you have some OR use your bank account via bank transfer.
