My account is "limited" meaning i cannot withdraw funds. I am trying to follow instructions and update contact details, but when i highlight Date of Birth box it will not let me enter any numbers/details.
Will allow me to input Name and Address but not DOB, so cannot move on to next page.
If you are experiencing difficulties when trying to update your date of birth on your PayPal account, we can update this on your behalf if you send us an email.
If you could send an email through the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, please click the 'Email Us' option. In your email, please let us know what your correct date of birth is and we can update this on your account for you.
