Unable to add bank account (Rep. Ireland) to withdraw funds

Hi,

 

For the last two weeks I'm unable to add a Bank Account to withdraw funds. When I enter my IBAN and hit enter I keep genereating the following error message:

 

Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.

 

Please advise.

Welcome to the PayPal Community. If you still need help adding your bank account I recommend reaching out to our customer service. You can find the number under the Contact tab at the bottom of the PayPal website. You can also contact them Via Facebook and Twitter.
