I can't add my debit card to my paypal account. This isn't a prepaid debit card; I opened an account at Banner Bank and this is the card for that account. I was somewhat recently issued this card after my other one expired. Why can't I add it?
EDIT: Apparently, I just had to click the "add card" button 12 times for it to work.
