Security Measures - add bank account / lost details

Hi, I no longer have the bank details for my Australian PayPal account but am locked out of my account under security measures and so cannot pay an outstanding bill to PayPal of £215. Is there a way around that security measure? Thanks, Bec

Welcome to the Community!
You could try contacting us directly in order to determine if there is anything that we can do in order to bypass this process. It might be possible for us to assist you with getting access to your account so that you can reset your password and security questions in order to resolve the current issues that you are experiencing.
This can be done by clicking the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. Then you can click the Call Us or Email Us options.
