Receipt sent to wrong email address

I only have one paypal account using my personal email address. I recently purchased an event from eventbrite and the receipt was sent to my work address. I have checked under my paypal account and only one email is listed in my profile, I have also used my work email address to check if I have an account through it but paypal states that there is no account under my work address. I have also checked with eventbrite to see if my work address is listed with them, which it isn't.
How can I rectify this problem?
