Problem in setting up PayPal Credit Account

Hi there,

I seem to have a problem setting up a Credit Account. I keep getting messages saying that I should check again my personal details.

I have tried multiple times using different internet browsers, nothing seems to resolve it.

How can I find out what the actual problem is?
