PayPal android app -postage address issue.

Hi.

I using an PayPal android app on my phone and I trying ti avoid using this app but sometimes I do pay trough it.

Issue is:

Over 6 months ago friend of mine asked me if I can buy something of eBay for him and I did that, I used PayPal app to complete checkout and I wrote hid address as postage address.

Since that day every time when I trying pay with this app it gives his address as first to postage. I have changed the phone 2 times since that day and his  address is still there, I've reinstall it and nothing.

I got rid of any other address on my account and it is still there !!!!!!!!! It looks like this app remembers some things witch it shouldn't.

I wonder if anybody experiencing similar problem.

Hi there Majuz_Mcr,

When a customer sends a payment on their PayPal account and has the item delivered to a different postal address, the address would be saved on your account as a Gift Address. This address can then be selected in future if you are sending payments from your PayPal account.

I will advise that this address should not be getting selected every time you are trying to send a payment from your PayPal account. My best advice for you would be to try contacting customer services directly and we can review your account for you. Once we can see your friends address registered, we can then have the address removed from your PayPal account for you.
