Ive had my account since 2006, fully verified with a card attached, just recently i have no instant bank transfer, PayPal just charges my card, if i want to use my bank account the money will come out via an e cheque, why after all these years has this suddenly happened? PayPal also asked me to add another card as my primary card was due to expire, this happened recently, i already updated that over a year ago!!! My card doesn't run out for a good few years yet!! Makes no sense, have PayPal been hacked? Proper shoddy goings on.
