My personal account has a spurious business name attached!

Hi.

Don't know if anyone can help me. I've just noticed that my personal account has a ficticious business name and address attached to it which I have not personally entered or authorised. I have tried to delete these phony details via my profile details without success. Have I been hacked in some way? Any ideas how to successfully remove these details or indeed contact someone from Paypal to explain how this has happened?
