Hello,
I have a problem last 10 days, if I want to get a monthly statement, it show me a message:
"Sorry, we're unable to process your request right now. Please try again later."
I called a support and someone advice me to register on https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/ to ask tech. support to fix my problem, but I can not register here -> "You do not have permission to access this document."
I also tried to change a browsers and devices, it does not helped me.
Can someone help me, how I can get a monthly statemens without calling support every month? Thank you a lot!
