Looks like this has been an ongoing problem for years. I've tried several times to link my credit card which is a Paypal MC but I keep getting the following message: Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later. I've sent several messages to Paypal through their site with no contact from them. Anybody know what's going on?
