Hi. I'm having a problem of login. I haven't use that PayPal account, so many days I can't even remember my security answers and I'm not using the phone number. I have stopped login that PayPal account because in our country have stopped visa debit card service. Now last year bank have started visa debit card service. Now I'm trying to login it, but I can't access it. If I change my visa debit cards last 3 digit will it be possible to open an new PayPal account. If not please tell me the way to open an PayPal account with my current visa debit card.
Unfortunately you cannot delete an account, you can only close the account.
If you cannot login into an old account in order to close it and want to create a new one, everything associated with the new account has to be new, i.e., new email address, bank account and/or credit card(s).
