I am trying to make a payment but I can't as PayPal is asking for more information about me or my account. When I click the text I go to a page but there are no steps to follow in order to resolve or provide the information. My friend got a similar thing related to an account limitation but she received guidance by something provided on the right top corner on the bell while I get nothing. Why is this happening and what should I do? Help please and thank you.
