I have decided to live in Australia how do I change my information?

Hello

After much bank and forthing, my wife and I have decided to stay in Australia and leave England. As such, I NOW want to update all my paypal information to reflect my Australia status.

My paypal account was set up as English and all the bank details etc are for my English bank.

What I want to do is remove all of the English information and replace it with Australian information.

How do I do this? I really don't want to open a brand new paypal account as I am keeping my email address etc.

Hi there Evl_hmr,

It's not possible at this time for a customer to change the country that their PayPal account was registered in. The only thing that you can do is remove your financial details from your UK PayPal account and then close it. Once you have done this, you can register a new account in Australia using your email address without any difficulties.
