Hi,
I set up a paypal account last week - 7 calendar days ago - and I can't edit any of the settings? There are no buttons which say 'click to edit' or anything. I need to create an IPN but I can't. Also my address is untidy and I need to edit it.
Can anyone help?

Maybe try zooming out of your screen? That's what I did and all of the update options were all the way on the right side of the screen but were unable to be seen until I zoomed my browser out a bit.
