Help! Got myself in a confused mess lol.

Hey,

I first started a Paypal account years ago under my hotmail email address and put in my credit card info in there. Then my hotmail account got blocked for months!  (I couldnt log into my hotmail.)
Ive only just got in it again the other day!

So i made another email address with Yahoo and then started another paypal account under that yahoo address. BUT here's the thing.
I can't put my credit card info in that paypal account because it's saying that ive already got the same credit card information in another account! (my hotmail paypal account).

But i cant log into my hotmail paypal account because ive forgot my password! So i try the retrieve/reset password link and it sends me a link to my hotmail address like it should, So i click on the link from my hotmail address thinking that i'll get into my hotmail paypal account, BUT it sends me into my yahoo paypal account! So i can't get into my hotmail paypal account! So now i cant use paypal! Because my cred card info is in my hotmail paypal account that i cant get into to change or remove that cred card info! hope you understand me haha.....

Hey,

Im trying to reset my password because ive forgotten it so i click the reset password link on the log in page.
It sends me a link like it said it would. I follow the link back to the log in page of paypal where i clicked the link to reset my password!!! It's not working!!! Im getting dizzy with going round in circles like that! HELP!?!? thankyou.

In more detail.
I click the"problem with login?" link, follow instructions and highlight the "Ive forgotten my password" and type in my email address so it can send link to me..
Then say's "We've just sent you an email"
I go to my email, follow the link it sends me.
The link sends me to the page where i clicked the "problem with login?" LOL WTF?????

This is strange to be honest because you have two different PayPal accounts. If you try resetting the password for one PayPal account it should not ask you to change the password on your second PayPal account.

If you are facing difficulties when trying to update the password on your hotmail account, you should try contacting customer services directly and we can investigate this on your behalf. To contact us directly, you should click the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you should then click the Call Us option in order to contact us by phone and we can try to assist you with accessing the account.
