Why does Paypal not have anywhere other than here to give feedback? The contact us options just link to an FAQ section. It even has a contact us button that takes you to the same page!
All I wanted to say was that the latest policy update email was horrendous. No highlights, no summary and a link to a multipage legal document. I am not a lawyer. When will companies realise that and make things transparent?
