I have entered the wrong code to activate my new debit card.My card is now blocked.I asked for a new code to be sent out when the first one didn't arrive.
What i think has happend is i entered the first code when it did arrive but by that time the new one had been sent out so the first code was now blocked my card.
Have messeged paypal but no response up to now.I,m very stuck as can't use ebay as i only have one card

You need to phone customer services and ask them to re-set it for you.
Advice is voluntary.
