Hi not long moved to France we have a English account but I want to up date my French bank to it can it be done ? Also we've a online business selling beard products is it easy to use PayPal as a buissnes bank ?
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
