Closing my account

Please help! I have tried for the past month to close my UK PayPal account.  There is a credit balance of 0.23. I do not want this money, I just want to close the account. When I click on Close the Account, each time it tells me that I'm unable to do so. I have no outstanding amounts to pay. This has become such a frustrating endeavour.

You are supposed to close it before you move countries.

The only way you can close it now is to do as they have already advised you and contact customer services.
