I have recently moved house. I have managed to add my new address to my account but can't remove the old one. I am told that my card is still linked to the old address. This is a really old card, i cannot change the address on it as i dont have the three digit code on the back of the card. I can't remove it as it says there are pending transactions (which there are not). I thought it might be that there must be a card registered, but I can't add a new card as i am told to check card details, but get no further explanation. Please help. This is so frustrating and is the only thing i haven't been able to update my address for.
