Cant add my Bank Account

Hi,
I have been using Paypal since 2014 with no glitch, until today.
I recently updated my assets on RCBC and got a new account. I updated paypal as well so when i try to add my new RCBC account it says "We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date" It's already been a month.
My account is a MyWallet Cash Card, VISA
it is the same with my previous account.
I was able to add card to paypal but i am unsuccesfull at adding my bank account.

If your bank account is linked to another PP account you won't be able to add it to another, if there is an issue adding it and it's not linked I would suggest calling customer service on 0800 358 7911

I had asimilar issue - seem to be having more success (no error messages and smoother updates) by changing browsers.
We have several PC's, Windows 10 and Chrome as a prefered browser. Having mixed and matched everything, using Edge seems to work - we are now waiting for codes etc for a second bank account. I also note issues with Windows 10 and Chrome (hanging, BSoD, etc) reported across other forums - could be related.
