I had 2paypal accounts, one personal and one business, my business account is fine, but my personal account was limited and i had to send documents to prove my identity, problem is my name was neil terry but its now back to my original name, ony problem is every peice of paperwork i have incuding my drivers licence has my original name on it, not neil terry.
so i cant verify myself accoring to paypal and because of this i cant add my bank account to my business account because it is already link to the account i cant get into, when i sent the documents i do have i received this email.
I have reviewed your account and can confirm we have received your documentation. However, we cannot accept the document for the following reason(s):
o The name on your document does not match the name on your PayPal account.
now im not sure what to do. i cant even get into the blocked account untill this is resolved.
any help or information would be appreciated.
