I'm unable to remove a bank account that no longer exists and the debit card associated with it. I keep getting a warning message that they are associated with unfinished payments, which isn't true. Can anyone help?
Check they are not still linked to anything in this section.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
