Cannot link bank account or debit card

Hi there,

 

I have recently moved to Spain and opened a new Spanish Paypal (business) account as well at Spanish bank account. I have followed all the necessary steps to link my bank account and card to my account so I can access money. I have tried on the app and website many many times and continue to get the same error message. "We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."

 

I have tried clearing the cache and all the other solutions that seem to be spoken about online, however still cannot get it to work. I am confindent that all of the information I am inputting is correct. I have contacted customer support multiple times and continue to get nothing more than an automated reply, which is beyond frustrating. I am unfortunatly not in a position where I can call customer service

 

 

Does anybody have any possible solutions. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

Yes I have done that. My account and everything is all Spanish

 

Any other ideas?
