Cannot add link a bank account to PayPal for withdraw

I am having a problem when adding "Link a bank account" before withdrawing my money. When I do, I get this error message

"

We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

 "

Please help me.

I hope your problem has been solved. If it still persists, just contact the Customer support for help. I am a bit ridiculous now, after criticizing those kind, assiduous Vietnamese staffs so badly. After all, I got my money, and they are not at all what I created in my mind. I just wanna say sorry to them and all people have read this post.
