Can not change the country from UK to Iceland

Hi all 

Can anybody tell me how I can change the country from UK to Iceland when changing my home address and bussines address?  I always comes as non changeable.

Paypal is country specific.

If you have moved to Iceland from the UK you need to open another account there.
