Business email and postal address to appear on the payment confirmation screen

Hello I can't seem to get the correct email and postal address to appear on the payment confirmation screen.

 

I am producing a e-commmerce site for a friend and when it goes to the Paypal Payment Confirmation Screen it shows her home address and personal email address (which she doesn't want).

 

We have added her business email address and made it the primary address. The payment is also being made to the business email address, so I'm not sure why her personal email address is still being shown on the confirmation screen?

 

I have also added her business postal address, but have left the home postal address on the profile because it is linked to her debit card.

 

Is there anyway of making the profile show the business email/postal address, rather than the home ones?

I thought maybe it was something to do with Paypal remembering an address that was used last time I made a payment to this account.

 

I tried again by making a payment from an unrelated paypal account, but it still shows the home email and postal address on the receipt and confirmation.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated 🙂

... Fixed the email issue - There is a customer service email option in the profile. If it is blank it will default to your primary email address. - On this account it wasn't blank and the 'home' email address in the field was overriding the primary email address.

 

...Just need to resolve the postal address now!
