Hi there,
New to community, please can someone help with my dilemma?
How can I cancel a pending transaction that appears on my account, I have cancelled with the merchant already. I have read the blog in the paypal help section, it states there should be an 'unclaimed' status and a cancel button, I cannot see any of that! It is rather frustrating to see a pending payment, when I know its not going anywhere. Ideas welcome
