Account confirmation

I'm trying to confirm a new bank account in PayPal by using a code which appears in my bank account.  However I'm unable to put this code into paypal cos it's greyed out.  Don't know what I've done wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the community. It sounds like the bank has been disabled, this can happen if the code is entered incorrectly 3 times. Try removing the bank and re-adding it to start the process again. If this continues, please reach out to the relevant team by phone and they'll be happy to take a closer look. You can find the correct number by clicking 'Contact Us' -> 'Call Us' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
