Hello.
I do not maintain a bank account, nor do I have a credit card.
However, I would like to use the services of my paypal account, such as making purchases and send money to family and friends, and, generally, being able to do more with my money besides look at the amount I cannot use.
There must be another way to use more services and raise my limit above $0.00 besides only using a bank account, a credit/debit card, or applying for a PayPal credit card.
Will someone please provide me with information as to any other methods of verification or raising the spending limit?
As of right now, I am able to receive money but unable to do anything with it. Without verification or raising the spending limit above $0, my money basically belongs to PayPal. As long as this is so, this is so wrong.
