did any of you people encounter a problem like this. paypal ask for more information to help confirm your identity. they said they need a copy of driver's license,utility bill and SSN.
I don't have a utility bill cause i live with my family so does bank statement work. and it even safe to give a SSN to company like paypal. did any of you people actually send them a copy of SSN. it there any way that i can restore my account to normal without giving them the SSN.
