so get this... i get money from a friend for christmas.. he has me make a paypal. i do. he sends me money w/ out a problem. i try to buy something.. anddd it asks for creditcard and wont let me but anything at all!!!! this is stealingggg money... FIX IT NOW!
You signed up for Pay Pal? He sent money to your PP acct? When you tried to purchase on-line they asked for Card #?
Participating merchants will have a PP box on thier site and do not ask for card #s/ that is the good thing about PP. You don't give out #s
So, if you wanted cash and didn't have a PP debit card but had signed up and been verified, you could sent it to your bank and withdraw with your bank ATM card.
