Yesterday I sold some computer scrap on ebay. Today I figured out paypal won't let me spend my money until I take pictures of my ID card and proof of my SSN. Why is this happening? Over 2 years, I've never been late on a payment, I've verified it with a bank account, I've shipping things I've sold on ebay fast with no problems.
