I've been calling all morning and still get the closed for the holiday message. I think our account has NOT been created as a business account. If I request a check for the current balance the check name is my personal name with the business address, not the charitable foundation's name. Ugh! the web designer from **bleep** strikes again. My thought is to start a new account that IS a business account and close the current one. We used a web designer to create this and she has dropped off the face of the earth since so perhaps best to start over. Any thoughts ??
