Verify Ship To Address

I was trying to use Paypal to purchase an item from Newegg -- I've done this many times.  But this time, the item I was buying was a gift for someone out of state so the Shipping Address was different from the Billing Address.  After entering all of the information, Paypal would not complete the transaction -- it gave me a message saying the seller required the shipping address to be a verified address.  I can't find how to verify a Ship To address that is different from my Bill To address.  Does anyone know how to do this?  By-the-way, Ask Sara was of no help.

I ended up completing this purchase through Newegg's Checkout process using my credit card.  When doing it directly through Newegg, they didn't have a problem with the shipping address.

I have the exact same problem with Newegg, except I am not willing to give them my card number.  If they accept Paypal, they should not create policies that Paypal did not create.  Paypal verified my account, so I should be able to ship to any address I please.

I am also not happy with the fact that the Paypal page never displays the amount I am agreeing to pay when dealing with Newegg, I have seen this problem one other time.

I am happy with the fact that Paypal and Amazon are the only online companies with my card number, and I intend to keep it that way.
