Hi everybody i want to ask a few questions 
I registered my paypal account when i lived in the United States,so it is a United States account.
We recently moved to Europe,Romania and im using my brothers credit card which he gave me.
So If the credit card is on other name then the paypal account name,can I still add it and get verified? or shop with it?
I'll be waiting for a reply from anyone who knows this
