Paypay has my money

I have a balance on paypay and they wont let me use it. What's up with this? It's my money!!!

I am a little irritated about this too.

I have had a Paypla account for about 7 years now and they are holding my money all of the sudden?

I really want to contact them and complain, but cannot find a link to post comments and complaints, just questions.

It's real irritating when you have money in an account and you can't use it!
