I show payment I made on 6/19 as processing. Does that mean that the payment has not been deducted from my balance yet?
Also am not able to open statements even with pdf.
On the 19th of June my PayPal account stopped letting me make payments to sellers. They said it might clear up later, it was a security problem so they couldn't talk to me about it. WHAT???? C'mon, it was a payment of 99cents.
