So I started up a Paypal account a few years back while I was studying in the Philippines. I've tried connecting my filipino debit card to it, but I NEVER got the confirmation payments or whatever (those 2 small deposits paypal sends?), so thus I was never able to use my account to the fullest. I always travel around but I always check for a statement online.
I couldnt do the fax thing coz at the time I didnt have a fax or scanner. Sooo now I have an accumulated amount of funds in my paypal and can't do much about it.
I checked my online banking awhile back and found out i can only see my account statements for this year only, when the paypal confirmation thing happened a few years back.
I forgot about it for a few months until I moved back to the US, and got an American debit. I wanted to attach my new debit to my account so I can finally send over my money, until I found out my filipino paypal wont accept my american debit card. 😐
I planned to send the money from my filipino paypal to my new american paypal, then close my old account, until I realized that even after I send my money, i'd still have a lot left over in my filipino paypal 😞
What do I do?
