I reached my account limit recently and was asked to upgrade my account. Now they think I am a Charity and is asking for my organisation details such as tax exemption etc. I dont have the information they are asking for as I am an individual not a charity or a business. I have tried amending this in my profile but it wont let me change it. What can I do?
I'm sorry you are running into this. Please just take the time and respond to the requests the same way we are requesting and just send whatever information you would like to provide. Even if that information is an explanation you are not a charity.
Please be very thorough with the reasons why the account was created as a charity or why you are receiving donations.
