My pay pal account that I have had for five years is now telling me that I have reached my limt and need to verify my bank account. When I try to verify my account it said that this account is already being used in a diffent account. Now I have have no idea what account as this is the only one I have used for five years. What can I do. I need to pay someone that only accepts pay pal.
