Cannot access "Link and Confirm My Card" page

Hello, I recently added a ARVEST(R) GiftCard to my paypal. I have the verification code and am not using a bookmark to try to access it, but it says the page is out of date, usually because of book marks. What do I do?

Same thing happened to me but with Amex..instead of clicking on the "link and confirm" link that's next to my list of credit card on my profile page, I used the "confirm credit card" link that was on my account overview under "Notifications" on the right side of screen. Hope it helps.
