Hello, I recently added a ARVEST(R) GiftCard to my paypal. I have the verification code and am not using a bookmark to try to access it, but it says the page is out of date, usually because of book marks. What do I do?

Go to the my profile tab ( https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/summary.view ) Go to "My settings" On Account type it says: Personal (or your account type) Upgrade my account Close account just press the close account link
