paypal payments

hello,

im a new user -  so i purchase something online with paypal, then my paypal account says transaction complete. so paypal has paid off what i purchased to the seller, but how do i go about paying paypal? does it automatically get deducted from my bank account or do i have to add funds into paypal to pay you guys? i have seen nothing in my bank account deducted so far.

 another question. everytime i want to confirm my email...i click confirm and it says an email will be sent to my email address, but i never seen any email show up. very confused. thank you!

The payment amount is deducted from whichever funding method you selected during the payment process.  Login to your PayPal account and click on the payment's "Details" link to see which funding source was used as the payment method.

If you never see the PayPal email messages, it could be that your email account provider is blocking PayPal email messages.  Check your email account settings and/or contact your email account provider.
