how long does it take for ups payments to settle? on the 2nd I shipped ups through paypal, it put a hold on funds to cover it. Yesterday on the 14th it settled for the correct amount, which it withdrew from my balance, and put it in the negative. It looks like before the hold on funds was released, and it hasn't happened yet for this transaction. I keep a small balance in my account to cover shipping, and need to ship today!
