money isn't showing after bank transfer

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, my last question was left unanswered. Here I go again.

I just logged into paypal, and it said that the process was completed, that the 16.65 was suppose to be on my account. I checked my bank account and nothing happened.

The small deposits made to verify my account went through just fine.

Is there something going on? Or is just the banks?

I think it usually takes 2-3 days for it to show up in your bank account after a transfer.
