Ok if you can use moneypak to add funds to paypal account why cant i use my paypal money to pay my cell phone, i thought when i used the moneypak reload to add money that it goes to my credit card thats linked to paypal to find out I have insufficient funds when I tried paying my cell phone with my credit card because its all in my paypal account,, please help me with this issue
